I have a 2020 F350 with 8 foot bed. I have an electric bedlocker tonneau cover. Im wondering if I can replace the rails with Explorer or Ultragroove rails so that I can mount things on the bed rails Yakima racks, etc?

The Replacement Explorer Rails for Pace Edwards Bedlocker Hard Tonneau Cover # PE39CV are the replacement rails for the Pace Edwards Bedlocker Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-BLD2336, which only fits select years of the Dodge Ram 1,500, 2,500, and 3,500, and not your 2020 Ford F-350 unfortunately.

The only way that you could get the explorer rails for your 2020 Ford F-350, is to purchase and entire new Bedlocker system with the rails already installed.

If you did decide to upgrade your tonneau, you absolutely could mount a set of cross bars like the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426, with the landing pad # Y00221, and the towers # Y28TR into the T-Track of the explorer rails.
