Are the rubber seals replaceable on these valves? If so, can you provide me with the correct ones?

We have # T1003-7VP which is the older style 3” seal kit for valves made prior to 2000. But if you have a newer unit, you need part number # T1003-9VP that is the newer style 3” seal kit for current valves made after 2000.
