The Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Universal Installation Kit, # C16116 can be made to fit in most any truck including a 2019 Toyota Tundra. However, your super-short truck bed will require use of a rotating pin box, such as the Reese Sidewinder or Revolution and you will still need to verify cab clearance for safety.
The formula for determining this is:
(A + B) - C = Clearance
A = Distance from the fifth wheel jaw center to the truck cab
B = Offset used (slider clearance or Sidewinder offset)
C = Width of the nose of the trailer divided by 2.
A minimum of 4 inches of clearance is best. Please note the linked help articles that provide useful information. My recommendation for your 2019 Toyota Tundra with super-short bed is to use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, # DM8550040 mounted with the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails, # DM8552020-71. This hitch slides automatically as you drive providing a full 22-1/2" of additional clearance for tight turns. This is specifically designed for use on 5-1/2' and 6' truck beds and will provide better turning clearance than many rotating pin boxes. And the entire slide feature is automatic.
