Is this tool box the low profile , I need a bed cover also for my truck

I have a solution for you but the Weather Guard Truck Tool Box # WG46ZV that you referenced is not a low profile box. It sits on top of the truck bed rails so it would not allow a tonneau cover to fit over it. It's also a wider box at 27-1/2 inches so a tonneau cover would not fit behind it either.
For a low profile toolbox that fits your 2020 Ford F-350 long bed that can fit with a tonneau cover the UWS tool box part # UWS07647 would be a really great option. Then for a tonneau cover that would fit behind the box we have the Extang Solid Fold part # EX84488 which is a folding style or the Access part # A61409 which is a roll up style.
