Yes, the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 does have a manual override knob in case of emergency just like the Prodigy P2 did. I have the switch noted in the picture for your reference.
On the first page of the installation instructions that are attached shows the switch as figure -G-.
The Prodigy P3 also has the same 3 levels of boost as the Prodigy P2.
