What hitch wiring kit is the easiest to install on a 2022 Toyota Prius AWD. Going to have Toyota Dealer install want fastest harness to install.

For the 2022 Prius AWD, you'll want to use the Curt # C69KR. The installation is pretty straightforward, the harness plugs inline between the vehicle's taillight wiring harnesses and taillight assemblies. One wire will need to be ran to the vehicle's start battery and connected to the positive battery terminal.
I've linked to the installation instructions for you. The install should take about an hour or less, according to Curt.
