Will these brackets fit on a 2008 dodge ram 1500 larmme and were do these bolt to ?

The Westin Ultimate Bull Bar # 32-1695 fits various Nissan models and is not a fit for your 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie.
We do offer a number of bull bars and grille guards for your Ram pickup and these can be seen on the link provided. Please do note that some of these products require trimming of the air dam and/or removal of the tow hooks for installation and some items are not compatible with the Power Wagon Package option.
