The Demco hitch part # DM6077 is just the hitch without the brackets that attaches it to a rail kit. We have a version of this hitch that comes with the correct bracket kit to attach to a 2016 Ford F-250 rail kit with the part # DM8550024 which it sounds like you are looking for.
