Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars - 3 - Black Powder Coated Steel Item # 23-1685 Hello, My question to confirm that this set bolts to exsisting body mount bolts and not to frame. can you assist me on a set that bolts to frame and not body bolts.

The Westin # 23-1685 step bars do indeed attach to the vehicle via the existing body mount bolts.
If you'd prefer a similar product that attaches to the inboard surface of the rocker panels, the Aries # AA204046-2 which is compatible with the Silverado extended cab like the Westin # 23-1685 would be a good choice.
We don't offer a step bar kit that mounts to the vehicle frame.
