The highest capacity trailer hitch receiver for a 2019 Lexus GX 460 is a 5,000 lb capacity hitch; there is not a 6,000 lb hitch made for this vehicle. So you can go with either of the hitches that are rated for 5,000 lbs that fit your '19 GX 460, from Curt or Draw-Tite:
