I ordered the 38 inch fairing for a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz, I wanted to know if I should how ordered a longer length? What do you suggest?

The way to pick out the correct size fairing for a roof rack like what is on your 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz is to measure the distance between the feet of the rack and go with the fairing that matches that the closest. I'd imagine a 38 inch fairing like the # TH72WV that you referenced would fit well but you'll have to measure to be sure.
