Will the Thule Motion 3 Cargo Box Fit the Factory Roof Rack on a 2007 Lexus GX470

Question:

Can you please confirm if this will fit on a 2007 Lexus GX470 Factory OEM Roof Rack? I think it should fit but will have an overhang above the windshield. Im deciding between this and the smaller Motion? I like the idea of the largest box as it gives me more room but worried if it will work with the roof rack

The Thule Motion 3 cargo box # TH59PN will mount to the factory roof rack on your 2007 Lexus GX470. But with the box installed it will interfere with the rear hatch and you will not be able to open it all the way.

The largest box that you can use and not have interference issues with is the smaller Motion cargo box, # TH629806. If the hatch interference does not bother you then you can still use the larger box.

Hello! I am looking at Thule Motion 3 Rooftop Cargo Box - 21 cu ft. Will it fit 2020 Lexus RX350Long? If not, will the next size down fit? In either case, what are the best crossbars to use? I have factory installed railings that run the length of my car but dont have cross bars. Thank you.

Based on my research the Thule Motion 3 Cargo Box # TH59PN will indeed fit your 2020 Lexus RX350 without any interference with the rear hatch. For a crossbar setup I highly recommend the Thule WingBar Evo # TH62SG because of how sleek it looks and how easy it is to install.
