I believe you are talking about the Hollywood Racks Hitch Receiver Reducer # HRHA-2. This is specifically designed to use with a Hollywood Bike Rack like the # HR1400Z.
Since you're looking for a 2-1/2" to 2" reducer I'm assuming you want to use this to put your Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-305 into the 2-1/2" hitch on your vehicle. If that is the case, I recommend the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve - 2-1/2" to 2" # BWRHXA2182 instead. This will let you use the shank on your Gen-Y with your 2-1/2" vehicle receiver. It also will not reduce the capacity of your hitch.
