I have this hitch,can I use in a 1997 honda accord wagon?

The Curt trailer hitch # C11290 will only fit as far back as a 1998 Accord, not a 1997. The designs of the frame or other components between the 2 years are not similar enough to use the same hitches.
For a 1997 Honda Accord Wagon we have 1 hitch option, # C11205. This is a Class I trailer hitch. If you plan on using a hitch for accessories such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then Curt requires the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, for all non-trailer loads.
If you plan on doing some towing first check the owners manual for the towing capacity of the vehicle. For a ball mount use # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256, for a 2 inch ball use # 19258, and for a pin and clip use # PC2. And for trailer wiring use # C56175. I have linked some instructions for you.
