Absolutely it fits; the 58 inch crossbars of the Malone SteelTop roof rack will definitely span the width of the raised side rails and fit your 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness. The correct part number for that roof rack is the following:

The SteelTop rack uses square crossbars, so if you don't have a wind fairing, I do recommend considering one in order to help minimize wind noise, the Inno Fairing for Roof Racks # INA262.
Otherwise, you can also use a different Malone roof rack with aero crossbars, which will also fit your 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness:
