Is There A Compatible Remote For The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent 6505-414 Available?

Hello I am still a bit confused so I need to ask... The non-working remote I have is labelled on the control board as MC411D On your support site I see a pic of a similar remote and your support site seems to say there is a replacement available #FV9068-81 Will that work to replace my remote or do I need to do the upgrade route?

I went ahead and reached out to the manufacturer, and they have confirmed that the Replacement Digital Remote Control for Fan # FV9068-81 is not compatible with your vent.
This means that you're going to have to upgrade to the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350
