What is Required to Install the Bestop Tiger Top # B51311 on a 1971 Jeepster Commando

Question:
I believe this top will fit my 1971 model Jeepster Commando. Is this correct. I have removed the hardtop. There was no softtop with the wagon model I have. Is all the hardware included or is there an assumption that there is hardware for a soft top already installed? Thanks
