I have a great alternative for you. However, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Cantilever - 1,250 lbs # TH43001XT-600EX is only compatible with the Thule base rails like the # TH21600. Base rails have a raised lip while the tracks in the RetraxPRO XR have t-slots. Unfortunately, there is no adapter that can make the TracRac SR work with those slots.

However, for a great ladder rack that is compatible, I recommend the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 (68" crossbars) or the # Y01151-5955 (75" crossbars). The length of the crossbars depend on the bed size of your truck. Both of these parts come with the required adapter to fit into the t-slots of the RetraxPRO XR rails. While this ladder rack doesn't have the same weight capacity as the TracRac SR, it is still a high-quality rack that is designed for work and recreation.
