Yes, the Hollywood Racks 2" Hitch Lock and 8' Cable Lock for Bike Racks, part # HRLHPC2, will work with the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount, part # KU77FR. The Kuat Transfer V2 uses a 5/8" hitch pin and the locking cable does not attach to the rack.
