just trying to figure out whats the complete difference between these 2 kits ?

There difference between the Kodiak # K2R1258L12 and # K2R1058D11E disc brake kits is the application and the capacity. Both kits provide E-coated calipers and caliper mounting brackets.
The # K2R1058D11E is meant for a 10K dexter axle, the # K2R1258L12 is compatible with a 12K Dexter or Lippert standard (not HD) Axle.
