Can I Install Yakima ReelDeal 2022 Subaru Outback XT With LockNLoad Platform

I have a lockNLoad on my Subaru. Was wondering if the ReelDeal fishing rod carrier clamps fit on the cross bars or is there away to mount item Y04089 in the slots? Is there a better option for the Lock and Load for carrying fishing rods? Thank You

Yes, you can install the Yakima ReelDeal Rooftop Fishing Rod Carrier - Locking - 8 Fishing Poles, part # Y04089, in the channels of a LockNLoad Platform. You will need the Replacement T-Slot Mounting Hardware for Yakima FatCat and Whispbar Ski Carriers, part # 8860085. The existing clamping system of the ReelDeal must be removed to install the T-Slot hardware.
