Question:
I bought Item # 333-0007 and when connected and both generators are running it works great. My question is, why are all the plugs on the generators when tested are only showing 55-60 volts and cant be used? Thanks

I spoke with Firman, the manufacturer of the Parallel Power Kit for etrailer Inverter Generators # 333-0007, and they believe that you are most likely only testing one of the leads and the ground or the neutral.
What you'll need to do is, test both of the hot leads together and they should read 120v.
I have attached a picture of the schematic and which prongs to test on the 50 amp.
