Recommended Running Board For A 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD

Question:
Could the Carr Custom-Fit Side Step - Hoop II be fastened to running board on Chevy 2500 HD. Wife had hard time getting in higher truck with aging knees and needs additional lower step. Thanks for any info

I do have a solution for you. Unfortunately, it will not be the Carr Custom-Fit Side Step - Hoop II - Black Powder Coated Aluminum - 7" Step - Qty 1, part # CARR103991-1. You cannot attach this Carr Side Step to the running boards on your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD. The only option we have would be a motorized running board that lowers when the doors of your truck open. It would require that you remove your existing running boards.
If you have the extended cab, the Bestop PowerBoard Motorized Running Boards with LED Lights, part # B7514715, will fit your vehicle.
