Can I Unscrew The Top Of The Taylor Made Eco Blast Rechargeable Air Horn

am interested in eco blast air horn for use in a model. Does the top portion of the unit unscrew. If so, what does the bottle side of the assembly consist of? male female, screw size? Thanks

The top of the Taylor Made Eco Blast Rechargeable Air Horn - Chemical Free - US Coast Guard Compliant, part # 369616, is not designed to unscrew. The unit gets recharged at the bottom of the horn.
