Is Head Between B and W Patriot and Companion Interchangeable

Looking to see if you carry a base for the Patriot 5th wheel hitch similar to the BandW Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs. Is the head piece interchangeable so as I would not have to buy the head piece? Will the head piece for the Patriot work for the Companion.

The Patriot and Companion hitches use different heads so you cannot swap them. So since you are wanting a Patriot slider hitch you'd need the part # BWRVK3270. It should be pretty easy to sell your old Companion hitch second hand as they are very desirable hitches.
