Hi, I was wondering if C11337 could safely support a uhaul trailer from the east coast to the west coast.

Yes, so long as your fully loaded trailer is rated below the capacities of the hitch for your Volvo (and also the capacities of your 2012 Volvo C30), the hitch is perfectly safe. The hitch, as well as the rest of the parts you need for towing are the following:
