Both of the products you referenced are confirmed to fit your 2012 Jeep Liberty. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56334 will fit and would be the correct harness for your vehicle. I attached the install instructions for this product for you to check out.
The Draw-Tite Hitch # 75578 that you referenced is also the correct hitch and I attached an install video for this product also.
To complete your towing setup you may also be interested in a etrailer Ball Mount kit # 989900. This comes with a couple ball mounts, a couple balls and a pin and clip.
