I have a 2011 ezloader it has oil bath bearings the rotor measures 11 1/2inch the inner bearing #25580 outer LM67048. Tandem axle each 4700lbs capacity 15inch wheels with a 6 lug pattern. Kodiak 225 calipers . What brake kit do I need to rebuild my trailer brakes?

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR526DKG that you were looking at would be a compatible fit for your 4,700lb axles based on the information you provided.
You will also need to replace your bearings and grease seals so I recommend the Bearing Kit for Trailer Brakes with 12" Hub/Rotor # DBRKHW6EZ to go along with your new disc brake assembly.
