The correct replacement hardware for your 2001 Toyota Tacoma is the Replacement Installation Hardware for Aries Automotive 3" Bull Bar with Skid Plate item # AABRKT-35-2000. This only fits the Aries Bull Bar with Removable Skid Plate - 3" Tubing - Polished Stainless Steel item # AA35-2000 and the Semi Gloss Black Powder Coated Steel item # AAB35-2000 Bull Bars. This will not fit another model or make of bull bar.
