I have the 5th wheel. I took out of my 2010 ram with a 5.7 ft box. I need the mounting assembly for above the box mount. What part would that be

Reese has the fifth wheel rail kit part # RP50142-58 that's a confirmed fit for your 2018 Ram 1500 which if you had Reese rails already you'd just need the bracket kit part # RP50142 to install them in your truck bed.
