Does eTrailer have only the sliding clips from something like part Y07356? I am not looking for the T bolts, nuts, or wrench.

We have two options available for sliding clips. They are the SmarT-Slot Mounting Kit for Yakima HighSpeed and HighRoad Roof Bike Racks item # Y02122. This kit is for the Yakima Highspeed item # Y02115 and HighRoad item # Y02114 bike racks.
We also have the SmarT-Slot Mounting Kit for Yakima OffGrid Cargo Basket or DoubleHaul Fly Rod Carrier item # Y07356. This kit is for the
OffGrid item # Y07138, # Y07138-08, # Y07139, and # Y07139-09.
DoubleHaul: item # Y04087
HighSpeed: item # Y02115
HighRoad: item # Y02114
These sliding clips are sold with a kit and are not available for individual sale. These clamps hold quite a bit of tension in them it is recommend to change out the hardware.
