I am currently using air bags. I am wanting to use this kit to prevent side to side motion when towing. Will this make the air bags more efficient or is it a waste of money?

To help prevent the sway you are experiencing on your 2019 Ford F-250 you will want to add a sway bar. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM93VR is for trucks that have the forward leaf spring bump pads bolted on to the frame. If yours are Riveted then you will need the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-173. These will greatly reduce the sway you are getting with your F-250 as they are manufactured to exceed OEM specifications. And since they are controlling the sway it will allow you to only dial in the air bags to the air pressure needed to support the load rather than trying to use them to compensate for sway as well.
The RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-S that you are looking at will not work with your air bags as they both will bolt around the leaf spring U-Bolts at the axle.
