I have a 2019 F250 with 8foot bed. Will this cover open partially and allow me to have partial bed covering while pulling my 5th wheel RV? I want to cover as much of the bed front as possible.

You'd need a retracting tonneau cover for your 2019 Ford F-250 8 foot bed if you want to partially cover your truck bed while towing a fifth wheel hitch. For that you'd want the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80384. This also does not add significant height when retracted like folding covers do as well. This cover can be partially open like you are wanting too.
