Front to Back Depth of Dee Zee DZ91717P A-Frame Toolbox With Lid Open
Updated 02/24/2022 | Published 02/23/2022 >
Question:
Hello Can you tell me if the lid, when opened to 90 degrees, has a projection from the back of the box?. My installation might be tight given box depth front-to-back, and the lid opening, if it projects, might be an issue... Thanks in advance!

Although the lid of the DeeZee # DZ91717P A-frame trailer tongue toolbox is inset a bit, when opened to 90º the top surface of the lid will protrude from the rear of the box by about 1-3/4 inches. With the lid closed, the box measures 19-1/2 inches from front to back, add 1-3/4 inches to that when the lid is open for a total front to back dimension of 21-1/4 inches.
