Is the Dometic 310 rv toilet a direct replacement for the Dometic 210? Thank you.

The 510 series is going to be the direct replacement for your 210 series so I recommend picking up the Dometic 510 Full-Timer RV Toilet # DOM29FR for your application. This has the hand sprayer, is a standard height, and comes with the elongated seat. Hopefully this flushes away any worries about your sewage situation.
