I am looking for a 3/16inch thickness, but I can only find 1/4inch thickness

The Taylor Made External Eye Ends for 3/4" Bimini Top Poles # 36911705 have a flange that is 1/4" thick. This is the same with all our Taylor Made Bimini Top Parts.
You may consider changing all of your parts for the larger 1/4" flanges versus the 3/16" flange you currently have as it seems like there might be some strength issues with the smaller flange.
We have the matching Jaw Slides # 36911709 and other parts such as the Bimini Top Deck Hinge # 36911733.
