Does Blue Wire of BCDC Charger Need to be Connected to Ignition for 2021 Chevy Silverado Install

Hello, just wanted to know on my 2021 Chevy Silverado, on a BCDC 1225D do I connect the blue trigger wire to the ignition of leave it disconnected, thank you for your valuable time,

According to my research your 2021 Chevy Silverado will have the variable voltage where the alternator adjusts output based off of demand. This means you need to connect the blue wire of the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D to the ignition on your pickup.
If you don't already have the wiring and fuses you need we have a few packages you can choose from for that as well. If you plan on overlanding then use kit # e89ZR but if you'll be using it for a standard trailer application use kit # e79ZR.
