Replace a Sealand 210 with Dometic 320

Question:
I have a Sealand model 210 and I want to upgrade to a Dometic model 320 standard height. Can yo tell me if the floor flanges are compatible, if not what flange do I need.

The Dometic 320 Full-Timer RV Toilet, # DOM87FR is a 2-bolt installation that fits most existing floor flanges same as the Sealand model 210.
