It will depend on if you have a Westin Grille Guard or an Aries Grille Guard.
If you have either of the Westin Sportsman Grille Guards, the black, part # 40-0245, or the polished stainless steel, part # 45-0240, you will need the following hardware kit. The Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard - New Style - 40-0245 and 45-0240, part # 40-024PK, fits your 2003 Ford F-150.
If you have an Aries Grille Guard, polished stainless steel, part # AA3046F-2, or black, part # AA3046F, you will need the hardware kit, part # AABRKT-3046.
