I have a GLC Mercedes rack 186020 Thule I would like to use on a 2018 Outback Subaru touring that takes a 186047 will these interchange?

The Thule roof rack fit kits are very specific which means they do not interchange between vehicles. If they could get away with using the same fit kit on two different vehicles they definitely would as it would save them money.
So to install a Thule Wingbar Evo roof rack on your 2018 Subaru Outback Touring the parts you'd need are # TH711220, # TH710601, and # TH186047.
