Availability of 7-Way to Cigarette Lighter Adapter

Question:
I have an electric tongue jack on my 18ft enclosed trailer. I use this trailer 6-10 times a year and it can sit for a month or more between uses. Last week we noticed that someone had stolen the 12v battery that we had to power the jack. The jack uses a standard 7-way plug. I also have a portable power station with 288Wh with 600w AC plugs and a 13.6Vdc car plug. Assuming that this battery station has enough capacity to run the jack, does anyone make an adapter that will me to plus the 7-way into a cigarette lighter plug? Thanks in advance!
