can the superchips #3845 recalibrate speedo for rear axle ratio change only without disturbing any other parameters in the ecu?

According to the manual for the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner # SU3845, adjusting the axle (gear) ratio corrects the speedometer, odometer, and automatic shift points for rear end gear changes.
