Question:

I have a 2003 ford f-150 king ranch with the turn signals on the outside of the mirror housing. Will any of these products meant for the f-150 work? I could care less if the extensions cover them up

I do have a custom towing mirror that will work with your 2003 Ford F-150 King Ranch with the turn signal on the outside of the mirror, but the Longview Custom Towing Mirror, # CTM2300, that you referenced will not fit.

Instead, I recommend using the K Source Custom Towing Mirror, # KS81600. We have had many customers comment that this mirror works great with models that have the external turn signal on the mirror and I also reached out to my contact at K Source to confirm that it is compatible.
