I see two hitches available for the 2022 Audi Q5 but I can't tell the difference.

The difference between the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDQ518T and the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDQ518 are few.
They are the same hitch receiver. One comes with accessories like a ball mount and ball for towing trailers.
If you are going to be towing a trailer you will need the # 391AUDQ518T.
If you are going to be using hitch accessories you will want the # 391AUDQ518.
