Hi, I have almost the same model, but the 4-door not the hatchback. The page for kit TH145043 does mention hatchback. And will the ARB53 bars too wide? You mention 47. Thanks so much for your help

For your 2018 Honda Civic sedan Thule does offer a Wingbar Evo roof rack with the part numbers # TH711420, # TH710501, and # TH145066. This is a 53 inch crossbar setup like you are wanting.
