I really like the mats from WeatherTech, like part # WT26DV. The mats are custom fit, so they'll fit perfectly, and they're very tough. There's no differences in the front floor pan of a 1997 Ford Van and the cutaway chassis used to manufacture your Class C, so the WeatherTech front floor mats you referenced would work perfectly.
