Does Tandem 6k Axles Have Capacity for 13,500 lb Trailer

I have a Arctic wolf fithwheel it has a 14260 gross weight but has two 6000 lb axles I was about up grade my leaf springs because there flat is the axles enough to carry the weight of 13500

Actually no, your axle capacity is 12k and you said you plan to carry 13,500 lbs so you'd be exceeding the axle capacity. The trailer axle # 8327872-EB you referenced has a 7k capacity so as long as it's the correct size it would work well for you. It has a overall length of 94 inches from hub face to hub face and 78-1/4 inches from spring seat to spring seat and has a 4 inch drop.
For a 8k axle leaf spring we have the part # DX74XR as well.
