Question:

As the Thule Helium Pro Bike Rack # TH9042PRO has a unique hitch pin/anti-rattle device, it requires the pin hole on the hitch to be at least 1.5" back from the end of the receiver opening. The pin hole on the M7 Speed MINI Ultimate Utility Hitch # 327-60-160200 on your 2011 Mini Countryman will measure 1.25" back from the receiver opening. Due to this, the Helium cannot be used with this hitch, unfortunately.
If you are looking for a light bike rack that is compatible with your M7 Speed hitch, you may want to check out the Saris Bones Hitch 2 Bike Rack # SA882. Though it will not have the features, like locks, it actually weighs a little less at 16 pounds. You can add the Saris Cable Lock - 8' Long # SA981 and Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Bike Racks # SA3022 to lock the bikes to the rack and the rack to the hitch if you want to get everything locked.
