Reese has a custom fit fifth wheel rail kit that fits your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 6-1/2 foot bed with the part # RP56015-53 but they do not list the universal rail kit you mentioned as a fit.
Unless your fifth wheel trailer has a tapered nose you'd need a slider hitch to provide turning clearance like with the Curt A16 slider part # C16521 which is nicer, quieter hitch with a round tube slider that operates smoother than square tube options.
