Yes, the Thule TracRac SR # TH43003XT-000EX will work just fine with the TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX579601 for your 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty with an 8' bed. Since the cover mounts inside the bed and the TracRac SR rails sit on top of the bed rails you won't have any issues with fitment.
